Women’s Ways of Leading

Women are generally credited with employing a style that is more democratic, collaborative and inclusive while men are identified with a more authoritative and directive style based on a well defined hierarchy. The topic of the February Women’s Leadership Roundtable, “Women’s Ways of Leading” will provide us with the opportunity to explore what we’ve observed and to discuss the impact and implications of the way women choose to lead when following their own preferences and style.
