Strategy Tools and Falak Innovation recently collaborated to conduct Bahrain\u2019s first-ever Scale Up Masterclass, supported by the government agency Tamkeen.<\/p>\n

As part of the Labour Fund (Tamkeen\u2019s) ongoing efforts to develop the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Bahrain,\u00a0<\/span>Tamkeen has partnered with Falak Consulting<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>to launch the Scale Up! Masterclass. The goal was\u00a0to empower emerging Bahraini enterprises with strategic business development skills.<\/p>\n

With this in mind, we partnered with Strategy Tools Master Trainer and Falak Innovation founder Suhail Algosaibi to develop a 3-day Scale Up Masterclass designed to enhance the capabilities of Bahraini startups, helping them grow, attract investors, and develop exit strategies.<\/p>\n

Experience the Founder\u2019s Journey in Three Days<\/h2>\n

The Masterclass was designed to take founders through the \u201cFounder\u2019s Journey\u201d, a 3-day experience from idea to successful exit.<\/p>\n

Participants navigated through critical stages such as market need analysis, problem-solution alignment, product-market fit, and business model optimization. They also experienced raising up to 12 rounds of financing, from pre-seed to Series K, while effectively managing team dynamics, revenue growth, and competitive pressures.<\/p>\n

When co-designing the masterclass together with Suhail Algosaibi from Falak Innovation, we focused on three key objectives:\u00a0<\/p>\n

Centered around the Scale Up! Simulation, the masterclass immersed participants in the complete founder\u2019s journey from idea to exit. They worked on company pitches, explored company valuation methods, built deal syndicates and tackled advanced cap tables.<\/p>\n

Participant Engagement & Feedback<\/h4>\n

The masterclass attracted a diverse group of participants, including experienced entrepreneurs, tech startup founders, traditional business owners, and novices eager to learn. Despite varied backgrounds and some language barriers, all participants stayed engaged throughout the three-day event. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with participants rating the masterclass an average of 9.8 out of 10.<\/p>\n

Working with Strategy Tools was a seamless and productive experience for Falak Innovation.<\/p>\n

Tamkeen, the labour fund of Bahrain and the event\u2019s sponsor, was also highly impressed with the masterclass. Representatives who attended praised the innovative approach and the significant impact on participants. The high participant ratings and detailed feedback reports provided to Tamkeen underscored the masterclass\u2019 success.<\/p>\n

Given the success of this initial masterclass, there are plans to continue this collaboration. Both ST and Falak Innovation see great potential in expanding the program, possibly including participants from outside Bahrain in future iterations.<\/p>\n
