This report was written for Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED). In this report we address five strategic questions. To address these five questions, we have completed extensive literature review, studied 30 national cluster programs and interviewed 20+ international cluster experts . We have studied large-scale national-shaping programs, existing Supercluster programs and traditional innovation cluster programs.<\/p>\n

Chris is considered one of the world\u2019s leading experts in innovation clusters and Supercluster development. Over the last decade he has worked with well over 250 clusters and more than 25 national cluster programs.<\/p>\n
