Working closely with the team at Strategy Tools, Innovation Norway has trained and certified a number of facilitators in the Strategy Tools methodology.<\/p>\n

This includes custom development, translations, advanced-level training programs, software implementation and more.<\/p>\n

In December 2019, Innovation Norway ordered five customized Scale Up! simulation kits to be deployed across the organization, with local trainers certified to use them in action.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The Strategy Tools project significantly impacted Innovation Norway by providing new, customized toolkits designed to foster national innovation and economic development. These tailored Scale Up kits were instrumental in enhancing Norway’s capabilities to support businesses in their growth stages, ensuring a robust framework for scaling up operations.<\/p>\n

Additionally, the introduction of an in-house Strategy Simulation created a shared language and understanding around scaling up and investor funding, fostering better communication and strategic alignment among stakeholders. This comprehensive approach not only empowered businesses but also strengthened Norway’s overall economic resilience and innovation capacity.<\/p>\n
